Andy Ryan is the managing member and Chief Investment Officer of AWR Investment Management.  He is also a Senior Investment Advisor with Heffernan Investment Services.

Previous to AWR and Heffernan, Andy served as the Chief Financial Officer for Wells Fargo's institutional mutual fund group.  At Wells Fargo, Andy helped coordinate the development of the firm's proprietary family of mutual funds and other investment strategies.  Prior to Wells Fargo, Andy was the compliance manager of the Schwab Fund and Charles Schwab Investment Management, helping to pioneer the firm's first mutual funds.

Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and an M.B.A. from the Jesuit University of San Francisco. He also is a member of the Investment Committee for the Archdiocese of San Francisco and lives with his wife and four children in Marin County, CA.
